MY STORY
I spent years chasing the “right” career, earning two master’s degrees in finance, working in investment firms, and landing well-paying roles. But no matter how promising the job, I felt disconnected from the impact of my work.
So I pivoted. I moved into recruitment, first in agencies, then on my own, working directly with business owners and seeing real results, fast. That’s when I knew, hiring isn’t just about filling roles, it’s about fueling growth.
To do it better, I immersed myself in business, marketing, and the mechanics of digital scale. I studied automation, marketing funnels, and even took programming courses, because great hiring isn’t just about resumes; it’s about understanding how a business actually works.
